By renting with us you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions, so please read them carefully.

Booking

Once you select the date of the event you need the garment for, the two following days will pop up as part of your rental. The garment you booked will arrive to your designated address one or two days before your days event. You must return the garment until the last day of booking.

Payments

Payments are made through our website to assure that the garment will be booked for you on the selected dates. If payment does not go through correctly or if you are unable to pay at the moment of booking we cannot hold the garment for you.

Delivery

Once we post your garment it is out of our control. Still, if there are any delays we will open an investigation and do our very best to make sure it arrives to you on time.

In the rare case that your garment does not arrive to you on time due to delays by the postal company you will be entitled to store credit to use next time or a full refund.

Please check and recheck your delivery address. If you type the incorrect delivery address (missing information included) and the garment comes back to us you will not be refunded. If you want us to ship the garment back to you, you`ll need to pay 15 euros, but we cannot in any circumnstance garantee that it will arrive in time for your event. 

Returns & Drop-off points

In the same envelope your garment came in there will be a pre paid return shipping label that you just need to stick on the shipping envelope. To reduce the amount of plastic wasted, please reuse the envelope we sent you the garment in.

  • Drop-off points

The package must be handed over the counter to any DPD drop-off point (Pickup points or lockers) to be scanned and tracked. This unsures the safety of the garments return and it allows to be returned on time to be cleaned and booked again.

Garments must be scanned by the drop-off point the last day of your rental. Therefore, the package must the scanned within the drop-offs open hours. You can check these out on the DPD website.

Failure to return the item within the booking period will be subjected to a 20€ late fee per day.

Cleaning 

Please do not wash your garment after you`ve worn it. Cleaning after each rental is included in the booking price! Washing it might damage it.

Caring for the garment

Please refrain from doing anything to the dress that might permanently damage it such as ironing it, safety pinning it or washing it.

The garment your using is probably already booked for someone else in the future and we want them to feel great in it as well. So please treat the garment carefully!

Damages

Refrain from doing anything to the garment that might damage it such as ironing it or safety pinning it. If you damaged the dress, please be honest and let us know so we are prepared.

If cleaning does not remove all the marks you will be liable to cover further cleaning costs, 15€.

If the garment is damaged you will be expected to pay for the damage costs to repair it (vary).

In the unlikely event that the garment is returned in an un-rentable condition and not able to be fixed, you will be expected to pay for the full retail price of the dress to replace it.

Please take care of the garment you rented. They are booked in advance and a situation like damage might make it impossible for other people to rent it.

Theft & Unpaid damages

Keeping an item you rented is considered theft. 

Fashion4nothing reserves the legal right to take all steps necessary to receive the required compensation or fees required by breaking these terms & conditions outlined in this rental agreement. Such as legal action and debt collection.

Private details entered when placing the order may be used to recover the garment/seek compensation. We take these rules very seriously and unwillingness to comply to the T&C`s after booking will lead to further procedures.

Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds will generally only be offered if something happened on our part.

If you need to cancel a booking, we offer a full refund in store credit. 

Cancellations must be submitted before the garment ships for you to be eligible to receive store credit. 

Refunds will not be offered if the dress does not suit, fit you or you don´t like it. Measurements and other info are provided and can be asked by our contact form.
